SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• 10:00 am: Concession opens. Volunteers are needed to help run the counter. Please sign up here.
• 10:45 am: All teams gather near the playground in full uniform to be called onto the field.
• 11:00 am: Ceremonies begin! Awards and individual/team photos will be handed out. All players will receive a participation medal.
• 12:00 pm: Majors vs. Coaches fun game. Stay to watch the majors players challenge the coaches to a game. All coaches are invited to participate.
• 2:00 pm: Special member’s general meeting. The board of directors will present a plan to vote on for moving the AGM to November. The meeting will take place at the visitors bleachers.

Street parking is available on Cook St and in the empty lot across the street at Cook and Hillside.
