2019 Summer Pickup Games

We’ll be playing some friendly Friday night pickup games at Jerry Hale field this summer, from July 19 through August 23, starting at 6:00pm.

These games are generally open to registered 2019 spring ball players and their family members. We will form teams and set rules every week depending on who shows up.

We will be playing hardball, so for safety, younger participants require a certain combination of age and experience. We will try and accommodate very young children (under 8) by using a coach pitcher and asking them to play outfield alongside a grownup to protect them from line drives.

Grownups, bring your gloves! Adults might be allowed to play some weeks. The 12-year-olds will protect you from line drives.

See you there!

2021 Pre-Season Skills Assessments

2021 pre-season skills assessment dates will be posted soon.

Assessments are important in ensuring that we place your child in the most appropriate program, so please be sure to bring your child to at least one assessment.

Please bring your child to the date and time designated for their age. This will help us avoid being swamped with children on any particular date.

If you are unable to attend one of the designated assessments for your child’s age, please contact us at info@nationallittleleague.org and we will arrange for your child to attend an alternate date.

Assessments are for children age 7 to 12. They are not mandatory for younger children, but if you have registered a very precocious 6-year-old who would like to play with older, more skilled, children, please feel free to bring them to one of the dates/times for 7-year-olds.
