There are 2 ways to register for 2017:

1. Register Online – click here. (Pay with credit card/PayPal)
2. In-person Registration: You can register in person at our clubhouse (1280 Hillside Ave) at the following times:

• January 28th, 29th 11:00am-1:00pm
• February 4th, 5th 11:00am-1:00pm.
  Please print out our 2017 Registration Form and bring with you:
  • Completed Registration Form (Printable PDF)
  • Proof of catchment residency (i.e. photocopy of a utility bill, tax notice, driver’s license etc.)
    OR proof that the player attends school within the catchment area (report card, student id etc)
  • A copy of the player’s birth certificate (or we can photocopy)
  • A uniform deposit cheque of $100 postdated to June 30th, 2017.  This cheque will be destroyed when uniform is returned clean and in good condition.
  • A cheque or cash for the season fees (see form for amounts)
